Would have preferred Gibson to keep his place as I expect us to be working mostly on the counter-attack and he's the man to throw the Hail Mary's.

Perhaps the pitch isn't worth risking his knee on however.

This is the most unusual lineup of the season, in the biggest match of the season.  Let's hope it's genius and not madness!
i agree seems a little unbalanced again, thought he addressed that problem sunday and now hes back to an unbalanced team

Let's face it the pressures all on them, if we hold it tight for 20-30 minutes or score early then they are going to start getting panicky and we can pick them off on the counter

Can't believe Stones hasn't come back in, not convinced by that line up myself.
There are only two things I can't stand in this world. People who are intolerant of other people's cultures... and the Dutch.

If there's ever a game to play dull, pedestrian, laboured possession football it's this.

Just frustrate them, quiet the crowd, and pick them off.

Hey there mister can you tell me what happened to the seeds I've sown
Can you give me a reason sir as to why they've never grown

ITV 4.

Yep, agree with Ram. Cautious start, and we've got a variety of options to change things if we need to. We don't wanna be too open and get blitzed in the first half hour.

Not really the front players for that though.

Obviously still not 100% after his bug, supposedly lost weight during it

Disagree, it always ends up inviting pressure on us.

I've got nothing wrong with possession but if it results in us always retreating it to the keeper then we end up looking prone to errors.

I think we need to mix it up a little bit go more direct when we have the opportunity

Think the line up will be more like 4-3-3 with Naismith dropping a bit deeper to a LCM position.

Keep the ball then hit Atsu, Barkley and Lukaku when needed. I don't mind it at all.
