dependant on the result, this could have either come at the best or worst time for us

The reason they have recovered in the table (they are still a bit shit) is that when they play bad teams on bad form under the German Elton John (I got that from another site, can't take credit), they absolutely ass blast them.

You make your own luck though don't you?!

Let's hope we make ours by playing well for a change!

Not sure you can make it but I'd certainly taken any of it going our way on Wednesday and if it helps us win all the better.
There are only two things I can't stand in this world. People who are intolerant of other people's cultures... and the Dutch.

The anfield derby when it is approaching is normally my favourite game of the season but least favourite at the same time. Least favourite because of what normally happens and what is likely to happen. Yet favourite because of the hope and expectation that we have to actually win at some point, and when it arrives and you are at the ground you think yeah this is the one it's going to happen! Then it's a let down and on to next year.

This time, no nerves, no fear, no excitement because it's hard to see any kind of result that doesn't end with 2 plus goals for them and 0 for us. We normally play badly at anfield anyway, but with the form we are in coupled with bound to be in players mind a bad ref decision or getting injured in a 50/50 could mean missing a semi I think this could be a really one sided no contest.

Whilst we were anally raped in Bobby's first Anfield derby 4-0 and should have been 7 or 8 easily, can only see this being an anal rape but without any lube, or even gobbing on it first

Funny enough I said something very similar yesterday, dry fucked over a barrel with our wrists tied to our ankles, the only lube we will get is hydrochloric acid.
It's the roll I way

3-1 to them, everton score first.

They won't even have the courtesy to buy us dinner first, will they?

6-0 is our biggest defeat to them for anyone interested.

As opposed to anything else, we need a good performance defeat or not. This is the time for the lads to have a quick word behind the bike sheds and ignore the teacher completely. I think the 0 9 1 formation might just work. Flood the midfield, that'll fucking baffle them. Niasse up top keeping ROM fresh for wembley. Sorted. :)

Liverpool will move in to the top 6 with a win here. Painful really. Sacked Rodgers, now they're favorites for winning europa and will likely finish top 6

If they get CL berth from winning Europa, does 4th place now go to Europa?  Would add some spice to the City/Arsenal race for 3rd I guess.

Shite up 2-0 to the Cherries, as evidence of what they do to bad teams on bad form.

Foxy Footy just got fucked over big time, guess the Sky/Spurs check must have cleared?
