So if he was suffering what happened at half time then? No treatment then? Karius said nothing?

I've had great fun with this story on the Match of the Day Facebook page. All the Kopites are like 'we're over it now....we didn't get what we deserved in the final but Ramos is a prick and the referee bottled it etc.'

I think I've replied to about 20, I just can't help myself!

Oh, the one saying he's glad he doesn't support a club that condones cheating was good. I asked whether he came to that conclusion after Suarez's first bite, second bite or the racism scandal. Still waiting to hear back....

Jeff: That's not the way to win.
Kathie: Is there a way to win?
Jeff: There's a way to lose more slowly.

Gary Lineker should remember the old proverb "Those who live in glass houses should not throw stones" or more pertinently, "it takes one to know one"

It's all about publicity. Think nothing of it.

I used to quite like Gary Lineker, but he does this really annoying thing with his hands and face when he talks, like he's trying to mitigate everything he says.

He's brave from his Twitter account, but regularly gets talked over on MOTD, for example.

He's a bit of tit Lineker. Had to unfollow Cahill too. The self promotion was too much. If they were chocolate, they'd eat themselves.

What a charming fanbase. They'll probably blame it on Egyptians, like they did the other day.
