Will avoid any of the programmes that Claire Balding is on as I can't stand her style of presenting.

I will watch with the volume down for her bits as not hearing her speak should be sufficient.

Helen Skelton's skirt helped to distract my attention away from Becky Adlington's screeching.

Tough game tomorrow against New Zealand but they have played very well so far and hopefully, will carry that on in the semi-final and then the final.

Fantastic by him and Jazz Carlin - let's hope that like in 2012, this starts the medals rolling in.

I would not look so glum - especially as I would get the chance to watch the swimming (which was good even before last night) for free.

Gutted that the GB Ladies rugby sevens did not win (should have played Jasmine Joyce a bit more) but Canada deserved the win as they took hold of the game from the start. Disappointed that the GB mens gymnasts did not get a medal too but Japan were brilliant.

Watching the ladies diving at the mo, which is interesting and really hope that the GB competitors in that and the ladies gymnastics do well.

Shame the GB divers last dive was not quite good enough but they did their best and Tonia Couch is fit.

To coin an old cliche, she became a "national treasure" after the brilliant job she did at London 2012 and is doing a great job in Rio, all round sportswoman that gives her all, what's your problem with her ?
As I stated I don't like her style of presenting. You have your opinion and I have mine.

Has there been any update on the Korean lad he knocked off?

Is suffering from mild concussion but has been released from hospital.

Has there ever been an Olympics with more biffs going behind the presenters and acting like tits?

Are the Stoke fans getting some more practice for deadline day?
