Why are we getting out-footballed by Carlisle? This is the sort of question the Moyes-lovers need to ask themselves.

There's no point saying "Yeah but we won 2-1" or whatever (which we may) because they are all over us at the moment.

I know Moyes pays the price, but the players are the ones under performing their tits off at the moment.

Okay, you're David Moyes, you see Heitinga continuously hoofing it aimlessly, do you:

a) stand there contented watching things go by?
b) give him and the midfield a rollicking and tell them to keep the ball?

I'm not listening, but it's not uncommon for lower division sides to outplay top sides in games like this.

I did say today was a potential banana skin. I don't know why we tend to under perform against lower league teams in the cup. Although, teams like Carlisle without doubt raise their game when they come here. Frustrating all the same though.

Maybe Osman is more important than people think at the moment.

He's technically excellent. I don't have anything against Osman whatsoever.

He keeps everything together. Where is this super inspiring Neville that everyone has been banging on about us missing? Is he still on the pitch?

totally agree.  I remember the same sort of arguements going around when we got beat (i think) by blackpool in a pre-season friendly.  all the excuses were there for that too.

we are a premiership team and should be ripping teams like these to bits no matter what.
