the mad thing is, the tower is actually quite small inside, and a weird design, so nobody really knows what to do with it once it's restored!

If we wanted to increase capacity could we potentially just get rid of the car park and extend there?

I think the proposed future expansion is above one of the ends (which is currently lower than the other).
