I didnít bother myself.

Not through apathy, more through not having any particularly strong opinions on it other than just getting it built.

Also thought the consultations would be more of a forum type thing and was dissapointed at what it turned out to be.
Hey there mister can you tell me what happened to the seeds I've sown
Can you give me a reason sir as to why they've never grown

Would be a better atmosphere as a result id imagine

Telling you now, standing up for 90 minutes chanting the same songs doesnít make a good atmosphere.

Why are UNESCO so arsed about this ground yet they arenít arsed about a fucking shite fair getting put on the pier head every year.

Not to mention some of the monstrosities that have been built on there in recent years.

Especially when BMD is currently a literal shit hole surrounded only by industrial units and the odd boarded up boozer/cafe.

The place is an absolute dump other than the Titanic.

Always wonder if people know where theyíre staying when they stay at the titanic.

Suppose itís not far from town though

Word is thereís a few things that are causing delay.

1. Heritage status. UNESCO and the council are flapping.

2. Cobbled streets impacting disabled access.

3. Merseyrail saying no to another station inbetween moorfields and Sandhills.

Itís a very complex project which will come with its complications.

Itís happening like and weíll find out way round those problems.

Mad the way joe Anderson is allowed to go round town, knocking down public parks for a couple of student flats, yet the blues want to build a new stadium on a derelict site and itís a travesty?

Weíre literally turning hundred year old warehouses into luxury apartments right across the road. Whatís the issue with this like?
