Of all the areas we could have picked to help the regeneration of North Liverpool, we move into an already gentrified City Centre.

Its a desolate land basically in/near the city centre. The clue is in the name (for me anyway) 'Dock Road'.

It's shit like that why people don't take you seriously.
Like you have something stuck in your mouth and can't actually concentrate on anything but dislodging it. everybody is telling you it's your fucking tongue but you can't hear them because you have to get this bloody thing out of your mouth.

The atmosphere is shit at Goodison nowadays, as it is in most homegrounds. There is serious debate going on via a number of chanels as to how to improve it. Moving wont change that.

You are certifiable if you dont think every man and his dog will be pouring into the area around Bramley Moore to provide amenities (including pubs) the second the first brick is laid.
They're building a train station for christ sakes.

The whole area along the dock road and Derby road will come alive, there's already loads of pubs around there, many have been closed for years, brewery's and publicans will be falling over backwards to get into one of them, the possibilities are endless

Meis was asked about it on twitter, totally swerved the question and replied with "So what about that Wayne Rooney eh"

Seems to match the leaked concept, massive Everton lettering and all.

So, after some digging, it would seem that the documents the pictures have come from is 100% true. But the Stadium design is early concept/place holder and nothing to actually base what the final design will look like.

Although, the plans for the size/dispersal rates & measurements/seating space & design are close to what we will see - dependent on what these feasibility studes show.
But the "outside" has still to be decided/released.

Which is a shame, because i personally really, really like that render.

Although I expect the final design to be different, I'm very happy if it's anything like that image.

Don't know what everyone else thinks, and I'm not knocking that design / render whatever it is, but would anyone be happy with the original Kings Dock design ? Still in love with that one myself and Thomas let it go mate, we ain't staying it's time to move on Bramley Moore is the future no matter what design. As for infrastructure, give it chance lad...build it and they will come.

It's already blue mate, everyone that matters knows it. ;)

Would be happy with the rendered picture, agree would be better the Kings Dock, but both designs are infinitely better than that shithouse design we had for Kirkby.

We're getting an Overton Window in the new stadium? Hope they are using tinted glass, be blinding otherwise.
Yes, we're being condescending. Yes, that means we're talking down to you.
