As someone living abroad I can tell you the Liverpool waterfront is loved by many more than you might realise ,I know from first hand experience the Beatles ,River Mersey and to a lesser extent the Liver building are looked upon with a warmth that we as Everton are not ,a lot of people know Liverpool but we are a little like Port Vale ,lots don't know where we play .The waterfront stadium would really help as it would be iconic (addendum from a certain Mr Myers ? )
A lot of people in Denmark don't even know Everton are from Liverpool....

Yeah it's hard not to have doubts when you hear about escalating costs and the date being put back.

Along with the fairly disasterous activity on the pitch, this has been a horrendous year and doesn't look like getting any better. We're also rans and it looks like we will be evermore.

Moving into the ground in 22/23 (if it happens) means we'll be losing ground every year for another 5/6 years.

Club going nowhere.

You realise 22/23 is just over 4 1/2 year away

In my Everton heart I expected us to be immune to inflation. Let me down again Everton.
Wouldn't have been so much if they'd already had 4 houses on it.
Great start to the new year. These posts deserve to be in the running for best post of the year - and only 14 hours into the new year. Still laughing  lolol

I'd suggest it's more to do with the new owner(s) of the building attempting to attract custom and filling currently empty space rather than there being any actual benefit to the club.

An office is an office, be it at Goodison or the Liver building.

Where are the current offices that are scattered across the city?
You are right probably why the accountants, banks, lawyers etc. rent offices in dark scary back yards
