So, we are 2nd in the league and that is definetly the priority - but would we really turn down a cup run/winning a trophy this year? Although I'd consider how it may affect our league form. Therefore that plays a part in team selection.

I think this game may prove more tougher than we might expect, but we can still rotate.

I like to nickname players, its more fun that way. For me anyway........  :bonk:   2-0 to us.

Very interested in saying/doing what's right for Everton FC.

We may agree/disagree but its all about opinions/debate and thats what makes football/supporting Everton amazing.

Sounded like Koeman wasn't too worried about Lukaku's injury.

Nevertheless, probably worth a rest.

I'd be inclined to start Kone above Valencia. Really don't see Valencia as an out and out striker. Even yesterday Koeman shunted him out to the wing after a few minutes once Del was on.

Kone looked decent at times this season, if we can focus on getting him firing he'd be a useful replacement for Lukaku when we need him.

Tom Davies has got to get a game, imo.

Yeah we need someone with 70s hair and socks pulled down for that bit of nostalgia.

Where does the lad play again? CM?

Valencia i see more as a Supporting/Shadow  Striker - Otazaki like, taking marks away from Vardy.

I'm a firm believer in start strong then bring lads on.

Get ahead then bring lads on rather than go behind and send lads on to get a result

IF we are riding high in the league come the 4th Round, would you be fussed about this competition?

Leiecester barely took any cup KO competition seriously last year and just focused on the league.
