Unreal well done. We really should have done better defensively. It is a MUST Moyes to drop Osman and Distin. Play Heitinga with Jags - let them get a good partnership going and bring in Gueye or anichebe for Osman. We'll be ok.

I clapped my hands so hard, think I might have sprained my favourite hand.

Surreal - we were so poor at times, and United were very, very comfortable. Gave us a masterclass in how to run a game with simple balls.

Let's not forget that Tim Howard earned us that point.

And Martin Atkinson must have a Jonny Evans shirt at home.

are the referees supposed to blow for full time when a team is attacking?

they can blow whenever. But since the same dickhead ref added 30secs a goal on for the mancs last season...

dubious
Murray won't ever win a slam. Mentally not good enough

That was slightly exciting, that ref blowing then was highly dubious.

Fuck dubious. That was fucking egregious and scandalous. The three minutes wasn't even up yet, was it? Imagine if Jags shot had gone in...then Atkinson runs up to wave it off. Would have been a riot as surely as following a Hibbert hatrick.
Everton forever.

Especially when you have two goals to add time for, totalling maybe 40 seconds. Jags didn't put it in the net, but the whistle might have put him off, very dubious.

I love you again Everton.

I would have upgraded from a fanatic to a stalker of Jagielka had he scored in that last chance. And we can not accomodate such poor defending from Distin. We need a new ST (despite Yak looking good when he came on), R' side and CM (to push John Heitinga back to CB). I'm not going to write about the only we can sign such players as it will ruin this thread.

Unbelivable. Although strangely I always thought we were going to come back into it.

That said, definitely don't play that way again. The plan is simple from now on...

Distin to the bench, Heitinga starts at CB with Jags.
Yak starts, he's still our best striker and if he needs a few games to get to his best then so be it. He did so well with his back to goal today.
Coleman is given more time - we need more of a threat down that side.

I've done that before...but not from clapping.

This. Had Jag's been put off by the whistle blowing I wonder? (most likely not but something to think about)
