That tef?

Yep, plus I saw it again on the new site that poster has migrated to.

You're speaking to another forum?!

Haha, please. I only share/read opinions here. There are a handful of posters on other sites who get good information (much like what Django has been giving us) so I'll lurk elsewhere when I'm really bored.

This was a particularly juicy rumour. Will be interesting to see if it's actually true.

The rumour was Usmanov in by March so it certainly adds up.

Apparently when Moshiri took over Kenwright said he would stay for another 2 years to help him get used to running the club etc.. the 2 years are up at the end of Feb, people are just putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5

Full expect Everton to do nothing of interest or note until the summer at the earliest, whether it's manager, stadium, ownership, anything.... it'll all drift on in an aimless sea of shit football and silence

I'm just wondering if Onyekuru is coming back to us for next season? According to this, there still seems to be work permit  issues. Did we buy a player, that wouldn't be able to play for us for two seasons? Or were we hoping to get around the red tape in some way? He still looks like a good signing like. It's just like the club appears to be a bit meh about it all.

That's what I'm asking about, I don't know. :)

It was probably a gamble worth taking. I mean he cost what, 0.7 Allardyces?

Think if he went to the WC etc he would be closer to qualifying for a permit.

The thing is, he's looked pretty useful. I wasn't aware of the games for Nigeria having a bearing on whether he would get a work permit or not. Obviously, him getting injured wasn't in the clubs plans. I saw an article somewhere, that he was being tracked by one of the Milan clubs and was getting a bit jittery about whether the club was paying enough attention to the player. Mystery solved. :)

would he need a work permit, i think if u live in belgium for 2 years you can get citizenship it could be 3 am not sure, he has been there atleast 2 years so if he gets citezenship he will be an EU national and no need for work permit until brexit atleast
