Little bit off topic but Gylfi is a must have signing.  His stats ratings and consistency make him a must have player.  His deadball delivery is something that would also be a major boost to the team.  I would really like to see him come here.  A couple of good signings may also convince Rom to stay another season.  Are Rom and Youri good mates by any chance?

Siggurdson is one if my favourite players. I still don't understand why a bigger team hasn't given him a proper chance (Spurs didn't imo). I also can't believe a player of his quality is wasted at a team like Swansea.

I would love us to sign him.

If he was Belgian for example and not Icelandic I'm sure he would have been playing at a higher level for a lot longer.

But would his dad have allowed it?

Considering why we were linked (mentioned in the "kind" of second tier club where he will get game time against the best kind of opposition), then Monaco is a really good fit for him.

€23 million is a lot of money for a player from the Belgian league. Am I right in thinking that the next highest is Fellaini to us?

Yeah, at about €20m a long while ago.
Always surprised me when a non-psg french team spend more than €15m though

At least he didn't keep us hanging on all summer like another Belgian did.
