Neville for me was MOM. Superb performance from him both defensively and in attack! But jesus, Beckford really is playing at the wrong level

How can you even say that? Neville has played most of the season and has been dogshit! He did ok tonight! Beckford has had hardly anytime and didn't do to bad!

now this is what being an Everton supporter is, watching 11 players play for EFC
People who know it all are especially annoying to those of us who don't

Beckford was decent tonight, and he played a massive part in the 2nd goal.

Really odd to be singling him out after that game tonight.

I do have to disagree, which is great to say we had a MOTM, but Distin was awesome

Beckfords no Messi but people need to see what he does off the ball.  He makes some clever runs which leaves space for other players and we look less static with him there.  Iv'e said before and i'll say again, when he plays we create chances (even if he's upfront on his own).  When he doesn't we dont look like creating anything.

thought every one did well really. distin and johnny did well together.MoM has to be between saha and coleman i reckon. howard maybe could have stood up better for the goal but more than made up for it with two great saves. we got well on top when bale went off. actually makes me think krancjar mightn't be worth a punt after all

I'll be happy to see Johnny and Distin stay as the CB pairing if they put in good performances like tonight. Heitinga will only get better as he gets some match fitness back.

Maybe with 2 up top we could utilise his pace aswell and finally get him scoring regularly.

Yeah Heitinga slotted in really well.  If he has a decent next game then Jags shouldn't walk straight back in.
