Salah onside for the 1st, Sane offside. VAR essential.

Man City time wasting on Liverpool's behalf with their own possession.

I don't think Man City can keep a clean sheet vs Liverpool, so I think Man City are as good as out.

Some record Klopps got against Guardiola.

Guardiola does look a bit like a newer Wenger in these sorts of games. Unwilling to adjust versus certain opposition.

Pumped them 5-0 at home earlier in the season. We can hope.

Perhaps, but that was really before Liverpool hit their stride and Liverpool had Mane sent off of course.

The single positive for Man City that came out of the game today was Salah's potential injury. If he's out Liverpool are less likely to score an away goal, however they only need one though and it's game over.

They've a decent chance, but I do think Man City was a good match for them as they repeatedly play into their hands.

All you'd say about those who are left is they are more streetwise. I'd could imagine a scenario where those teams can win, whereas personally I always thought Man City was going to lose this tie. Salah possibly out does give Man City a little window though.

Arsenal's defence looks pretty wobbly still. This could be a high scoring game.

Arsenal are a stupid club

...and sadly they're way ahead of us.

Musa looking pretty dangerous player tonight. Not sure if he's just Arsenal's slow back line that is helping him. Never did much at Leicester though.

His finishing is a bit poor mind you. He could've had 2 or 3 already.

Sterling’s arse goes anytime he needs a bit of composure in front of goal.

And yes I’m aware he’s scored a lot this season.

It's weird, sometimes it's like when he has more than a second to think about it he'll fluff it.

Kind of find it interesting that aspect never entirely goes away in his game despite all the coaching I'm assuming he's had.

The amount of chances Man City have created makes you wonder if Man Utd can get one back whether Man City might wobble.

3-0 it's game over you'd think.

This couldn't be better for Liverpool right now. Even if Man City win this they'll need to put in a shift. It could've been put to bed in the first half too.

Lose/draw too from a winning position and their confidence will dented too.

Mourinho...spoiling title challenges seems to be his forte these days.
