I'm not happy with Allardyce and want him gone but I'm glad we didn't get Dyche as we'd probably have had to have him around for a few years and the football is equally turgid stuff.

Wenger has Moyes' number 9 times out of 10.

Do they pump fake atmosphere into Wembley? Sounds really weird on TV when there is a lull, almost like a game of FIFA...and there are a lot of empty spaces.

Man city’s goal difference is nuts.

You can never bet against Liverpool in this sort of situation. However, I thought when the draw was made vs Man City that it was a good match for Liverpool in that scenario and they'd go through. I think Roma offer something different though and I wasn't displeased they got drawn against them at this stage.

Liverpool are favourites still.

Liverpool playing kick and rush. Works for them I guess.

Roma need to see this period out to have a chance.

Roma have been poor in the last 20 mins.

Game over if Roma can't score here.

This is why I was (kinda) sad when Man Utd went out. Mourinho wouldn't do that sort of nonsense we've seen Man City and Roma do at Anfield. I appreciate they're attacking threat is very good, but you don't need to give them a helping hand.

Glad I swerved that, Real Madrid have been shite anytime I've seen them so wouldn't have much confidence in them even getting to the final.

The only thing I'm clinging on to now is that the final isn't at Anfield

Yeah, sadly Liverpool are the form team. You'd just have to hope if Real Madrid make it through they're savvy enough to get the job done and nerves get in the way for Liverpool. Real Madrid were not very good versus Spurs though, albeit they have improved as the season has gone on. The fact that is just one game is probably to every other team's advantage the way Liverpool have been putting ties to bed in the home leg.

You'd be brave to bet against Liverpool as it stands though. They do have the best player on form right in Salah too.
