Barkley rejects Chelsea move

Rumours from the BBC say that Ross Barkley has turned down a move to Chelsea despite telling Everton in May he wanted to leave.

It's odd that Chelsea can't seem to get a deal over the line either. Although I can see what players may be wary of not getting game time.
