Williams done yet again...

3 new number 10s and not 1 of them is close to being as good as barkley who was up and down himself. Roll on January when we can sign another 3 rather than what we actually need

Think people are getting nostalgic for Barkley, he had more bad games than good

Maybe we need to just change managers every fucking season.  It's the only solution to "Everton, aren't we?"

Shambles. Absolute shambles.

Koeman has some serious questions to answer.

I'd put Jags or Holgate on, our defence is shot to pieces

Unfortunately I feel Koeman has banked on Coleman and Bolasie coming back the same players which is a bit silly if you ask me.

I think you are bang on there, Cozzie

I know I'm not watching, and I know Spurs are a much better side than us, but Koeman's footballing ideas and man-management are a bit shit aren't they 😬

There, I've said it.

I'd live with the man management if the ideas were better. Someone like Tuchel, Favre, or Schmidt would be able to squeeze a lot more out of the resources we have, basically by having a functional system and sticking to it.

There's not that much separating Koeman from Moyes/Pulis. Except maybe his pedigree as a player, which I'd argue is mostly irrelevant to management.

That's fair.  He is a different player now, but I'd argue he's more than an okay defender in his current incarnation.

Maybe the problem is the modern fullback has to carry a real threat going forwards too. Especially in our team with no wingers

We must be trying to preserve Holgate's health for Thursday.  Makes one wonder why the fuck Mo isn't on the bench, then.

Amazing how the shite being spouted on here matches the shite on the pitch.
He is a Moyes dressed up in Ancelotti clothes.

He isn't the answer on his own, clearly we've had similar games with him in it but it should be clear our problems weren't always about him.

I'd have Barkley stay ahead of our new signings too though. We have zero driving force between the three of them.
