Poll

What should we do? (RESET 29 SEPTEMBER, AFTER LIMASSOL GAME)

Fire him now before our season goes tits up
Give him till Christmas.. If performances and results aren't where they should be for what he's spent, he's out
Let's just see how things are at the end of the season
The season has barely begun, he's a great manager and we should get 100% behind him
Ohhh Davey Moyes, Davey Davey Davey Moyes...
Fuck off with your polls, you cunt

Frustrating really to have so much young talent on the books and be failing to harness it. Imagine if Pochettino had the amount of potential we have in this squad, he'd have them at their peak physical fitness and motivated to bust a gut and impress.
It's no exaggeration to say we have the most talented group of youngsters in the league, if you add Barkley into that mix as well it's a pretty exciting bunch all in all. You just want to see it harnessed and produce but it's looking unlikely at present.
But Poch has such a solid, balanced team - he can introduce youngsters here and there and they can essentially be ‘carried’. We’re talking about bringing youngsters in who we expect to influence and win us games.

What’s the point of bringing in another manager if the board and DoF aren’t going to bring in the players to play how you want to play? Would Marco Silva do anything with DCL and Niasse as his strikers?

Just watching this Watford vs Chelsea game. Just proves having good players and options are more important than tactics and performances. Chelsea have been awful but they have top players who create something out of nothing...and more of the same coming off the bench.

I'd love to have the Moose Hornets' guy, but we'd have to wait until end of season, surely.
We could get him now if we made enough wild promises...and don’t call me Shirley.

An important role of the Director of Football is to ensure any new manager coming in fits a similar profile to the previous one - so the playing squad doesn’t have to be ripped up and started again, each time the team changes manager.

Monchi (at Roma, previously at Sevilla) is responsible for player and all staff recruitment.

Does Steve Walsh if Koeman stay or goes? Would be help appoint a successor?

Anyone know the odds of Koeman replacements?

Who comes in? Which of our players step up and get us out of this?

The Unsworth, Arteta shouts are good if we were in preseason after our manager had left for another club.  But we are in trouble and its going to take experience to get us out of this.
I’m not sure people have quite grasped this. Some think we’ll just hire a young superstar manager in waiting and we’ll be on our merry way up the table. This team is BAD and there really aren’t that many decent managers that’d want to come here. Would Tuchel have time to implement his philosophy? Does Ancelotti know the first thing about galvanising a poor team and getting them up grind out results?

If the board fuck up this next appointment we could very easily get relegated. We need to win 1-in-3 to stay up...sounds pretty fucking daunting!
