I have the feeling when we stumble upon a team that works itíll be almost by accident.

as someone who has always had faith in Yannick and thought he was very good for us, it amuses me here to see so many eagerly await his return. I recall him getting the same treatment Davy and sandro are getting now pre injury from the "science brigade"

Yannick did get that treatment but tbh those people were just wrong. He was set for a PB year in terms of assists.

We did have an uptick in form when he went out but nothing to do with him.

It'd be great if referees were forced to explain their decisions in a post-match presser. I'd be so looking forward to MOTD tonight.

Said this for years.

It's ridiculous they don't get questioned they'd soon improve and you see less big team bias within weeks.
There are only two things I can't stand in this world. People who are intolerant of other people's cultures... and the Dutch.

Second look at that and he leads with his arm. It looked a blatant penalty and a red. Atkinson's a joke.

It would also make their lives a lot easier, people would be a lot more forgiving if they just held their hand up and said "Sorry, I missed that one."

I would wager that a large percentage of his crosses have fell to an opposition player, I feel.

As do most crosses.

NBC Sports Gold FINALLY gets their shit together in time for the 2nd half.  Dodgy fuckwits.

Sounds like Mason did well and I was dumb to change from my nil-nil prediction.  :(

Who do you think he should cross to?

He had at least three chances to cross when there were 3 or 4 players in the box and he chose to cut it back to nobody

Gueye has been by far and away the best player, Schniderlin second.

What has Klassen done that's been even remotely useful or productive?

I think you're confusing 'best player' with 'number of touches on the ball'.

Klaassen has shown nice interplay with Rooney in particular which has helped us progress the ball up the pitch and used his quick feet and thinking to open up space a couple times. He's not on the ball and doesn't show for it as often as you'd like but if you track him you'll see he reads the play well and frequently is in the right place at the right time, both in attack and defensively.

It's not been exhilarating but it's not been that bad. We've put some decent passing together. If we had scored then people would be saying that it was a good performance. That's the thing - it's literally any stick to bash the team with at the moment. I've given up with our 'fans'. People losing their shit before a ball's been kicked, moaning after two minutes etc. And the game was silent too. GET BEHIND THE TEAM instead of sitting there expecting to be entertained. That's what fans are supposed to do.  Oh and booing at half time as well. Classy.

Which match have you been watching bud? 1 shot on target... Do you expect us to score with our only shot? its not been a good performance at all, playing sideways, then giving it to Martina to aimlessly float it into the box.. even if we scored the one goal, we have been as disjointed as we have been wit this formation/team all season.

if your happy with that, i dont know what to say... the fans are not expected to be entertained, we cant entertain with these players in this formation.
