Celebrate you hanging yourself over a game of football

 :wanker:

Bit dark, that
I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.

Cheers! Obviously not the time or place for this, but I'm a US Blue hoping to make it to my first match at Goodison when I'm in England over Xmas. Been following for 5 years now. I'm semi-active on the r/everton board.

Leave the Goodison visit another 12 months until RK has gone if I were you, mate.

We might win a few games in The Championship 👍🏼

I wish..not easy to get to the UK from the US west. The match I'd be eyeing is home vs. Chelsea, so figure we're bound to lose, but if we do win it's the one to be at.

Plus, I can at least check out the Beatles museum right? :badum:

Just do the Beatles museum and a Goodison stadium tour 😊

Taken from the BBC:

Everton boss Ronald Koeman on BT Sport: "It's really disappointing. We started poor without any confidence, doing a lot of mistakes. But we had a good reaction. We got a big present to score at 1-1 but the second half was much better.

"We had big chances to score the third one and even after 2-2 we had an unbelievable chance. Sometimes when you are struggling you are too afraid to play football. that's difficult. If it's several players, football is very difficult.

"The challenge is to get the team full of confidence. You need to start better, if you start with many mistakes like today it's hard, look at the first goal it's shocking. Winning games is good medicine but now it will be the same at the weekend.

"The feeling is like a defeat, not even a draw."

That reads like a rallying cry in a Rocky film.

So inspiring ✊🏼
