Well that was lovely while it lasted. Sign of a good team is hardly ever playing badly and winning even when you do. Sign of a bad side is surely hardly ever playing well and still losing when you do

Not warming to Keane at all, just looks really slow.

Likes to stand watching and has the dangerous belief he's much better on the ball than he actually is

Keane copping a lot on here. Won't write him off. Think he'll be a 10 year player for us.

Is that a good thing or a bad 1 though

BT and this Gallic journalist doing their damnedest to get Everton banned by not showing any of the Lyon players' involvement in the 'brawl', and actually saying that the ref should put the Everton crowds involvement in his report.

Banned from what? We are out and won't be qualifying.

We are one win against Lyon from being right back in this.  I am not saying we will win, but saying we're "out" already is being unnecessarily dramatic.

It's the hope that kills us. Don't worry you'll have it beaten out of your eventually

I've lived through worse than this.  And, if you haven't, then you are either very young, or very blessed.  Be grateful for either, and keep things in perspective.

I'm 38. We are being outplayed week in and week out right now. I've lived through shit with no expectations. This is shit with expectations.
