John Collins just seemed to be a bit confused. I think the others were talking about competing in individual games and he seemed to think they were suggesting we should beat everyone

I think our biggest problem is obviously our inept recruitment. The people in the club know who made what decisions. We simply can't go into the next window with the people who fucked this 1 up making the decisions

Good watch that. Some good points. Shows we’re not alone in dissecting the current shite.

The contrast between Andy Gray and John Collins is like night and day.

The thing is Andy Gray gets Everton and he was part of the most successful side in the club's history, he has his finger on the pulse.

John Collins on the other hand played for Everton at a time when finishing below 13th in the league was normal, I'm not sure if he knows what NSNO stands for.

He must have that finger in deep to feel our pulse right now.
Everton forever.

The main thing i've got from watching a few of these from Bein Sports is that Andry Gray actually cares for Everton, Richard Keys seems some what partial to us aswell, while when they where on SKY, they seem to both hate us.

It's written into Sky contracts ...you have to show disdain for us 😅😅

Don't you mean "queasier"?

Or have you not been watching Everton the past couple of months?

I thought I was losing my mind. Glad someone else noticed.

I guess it's a testament to how confusing our backroom setup is. It doesn't seem like anybody knows who does what.

I think we are all in the same boat. I've no idea myself what the set up is, and I don't think anyone else outside of the management of the club has either. It's the first time our club has worked with a director of football. It follows for that reason that It's of greater concern on this occasion, exactly, because of this different setup. At least when a manager did all the planning and player recruitment requests to the board, it narrowed down the field who was responsible for what.

Still, given the results, you can understand the appeal for people at the club of a set up with no clear accountability.
Everton forever.

It doesn't help us as supporters though. I've supported Everton since I was 6. That's 54 years. It would break my heart to see a load of guys in suits ruin something that's been a part of my life for so long. It's early days in the fear stakes. It needs addressing as soon as is possible though. This is why sacking Koeman or letting him carry on is so crucial.
