Maybe we should give it another 15-20 minutes but how about Vlasic's dribbling ability for one of the defensive midfielders?

If we played 4-3-3 would like to see Barkley in midfield.

Would love to see that. Not certain it would work but it would be a worthwhile experiment, at least.

I really do hope he plays for us again.

If you want to know why Gana is anywhere near Kante, you saw it in the past few minutes. (And it's nothing to do with the missed chance from earlier).

Kante has a knack for starting counters. Gana just had two or three chances to send us away and wasted them all.

Williams' smile after the ref telling him off was kinda funny.

He's definitely enjoying being the villain here.

Better from Gana. Got it out of his feet quickly, allowed Gylfi to win the foul.

And he's off.

Baningime's dribbling is impressive.

Being a ball-winner is good. Being a ball-winner who can get out of trouble is fan-fucking-tastic.

Is that persistent whistle from their supporters driving anybody else crazy?

We're not going to get much better no matter who comes in. The squad is an absolute mess and it's going to take another two years to fix and I dread to think where we're going to be.

This is exactly why I'd rather see us sort Walsh's position than the manager.

We need to be very careful about how we rebuild because there's not a lot of margin for error.

Glad he's okay and traveling home with the squad.
