Can we not fuck next Sunday off, i mean seriously, never in my life have I dreaded a derby game as much as this one

They're proper shite at the back and we're starting to click going forward.

You've also gotta think there's no chance Sam will set us up to lose 4-0 like other managers.

Two wins on the bounce we should be going there full of confidence.

I haven’t seen any of the game, but from what I’ve read on here can I ask: have we found positions for Rooney and Gylfi to play in the same team effectively?

Ahem... I've been calling on Rooney in Schneiderlin out almost all season with Sig central in front.   ;D

No one likes a braggart so shutting up right now.

Are we gonna' take a point off the shite now?

Not sure how much he can do in one training session but if we are crediting him for this then I can't wait to see what we be like after a few weeks

Playing Gana in a style that suits him and two very poor offensively sides has helped massively

I don't think he necessarily gets credited with anything tactically but don't underestimate the impact a change of manager can have on players mentally, if done in the right way.

Of course though having Huddersfield at home helps (as opposed to say Chelsea, like Unsworth had)

He's been a massive difference to how we approach games.

Just shows how important it is to have a centre half who's comfortable on the ball in there.

With jags and Williams everything comes back to Pickford and the midfield is bypassed.

Well this is refreshing to read because you've criticised him quite a lot in the past.

Not getting carried away.

Think we've just played two teams that will be in the championship next season.
I'm more trusting of fellas when they have my cock in their mouth

Extremely pleased with the win and another clean sheet.

Confidence should hopefully be increasing and the league table certainly makes for better reading.

The real difference for me today was the game management. Two up and put another centre half on to see out the result. As much as Allardyce wouldn't have been in my top ten choices of manager to take the Everton job, you have to admit that his experience shows and he does know how to grind out results. It may not always be pretty, but wins are wins and they are worth the same 3 points as a stylish win.

No, quite right, but had we carried on the way we were playing ourselves then we could also have been joining them, so these are the teams we need to be beating .

Think the Keane one was tactical because they went two up top, to give us the extra CB. Thought it was quite astute.
Hopefully getting a few minutes in a clean sheet will boost his confidence a little too.

Yes but we’ve conceded two chances including a penalty.

Got to get back to killing the game and then letting our quality win it.

Think Keane will really benefit from Allardyce, at least in the short term.
