Been working with Guardiola for over a year, its a yes from me.

Surely we need someone with at least a couple of years of management experience at a decent level? Don't get me wrong I'd love Arteta to be back at Goodison one day, just don't think he's the man we need to overhaul this sinking ship of a squad and move the club forward.

Combined with Rooney (and Unsworth), it's a "BIG YES" from me

Excellent article

https://www.theguardian.com/football/2018/feb/26/farhad-moshiri-everton-unhappy-fans-sam-allardyce

Grim reading, that.

Not feeling any positives about Everton whatsoever at the moment.

We desperately need a progressive, exciting appointment at Manager as soon as the seasonís over, or an announcement that Unsworth is taking temporary charge again with immediate effect this week would also do me, as long as Moshiri informed us a permanent appointment has been secured for the begining of the summer.

Same in the DOF department.

Then a clean slate, and a verbal commitment from the club that all youngsters will be given a chance and worked with at seasonís end, because I hope with the right coaching and nurturing that Pickford, Kenny, Holgate, Lookman, Davies, Vlasic, Dowell, and DCL can all play a part in our future.

I have a feeling Guardiola will talk him out of it as he probably feels we threw his best mate under the bus.

On that basis, why not go for Brian Kidd.

Why not bring him as well, there's the experience that someone mentioned

Played for Everton, too - an upgrade on Sammy Lee

Because he's old, passed it and more importantly, not very sexy

Unsworths got a lot more experience and credentials than Arteta only a madman would consider him at this stage.

A friend of mine does some bits for Unsworth every now and again and may be seeing him today. Have told him he cannot leave until he has been thoroughly grilled about the current state of affairs.

Neither of them we're capable of achieving the aspirations that have come out of his mouth.
