This is too soon for Bolasie I think. He needs to be introduced as a sub.

It's taken Dyche 7 years to get Burnley up there. And next season they'll probably be back near the bottom half again where they have been most of the time.

I never thought he was the answer for us either, but good on him for having a go.

Nailed on last on MOTD

I'd be surprised if they even bothered to show the game.

Very poor, very boring, and very Boxing Day too.

At least we're not losing, and we've caught up with Leicester as well.

Next team to catch is Arsenal. Burnley might be too long to reach now they're 2-0 up at Utd. Oh wait, not 2-0? If only they had a manager who could go for it too.

Big Sam not too happy with the performance either.

Did he talk about the need to be better in possession like he has done after every match despite our football getting progressively worse?

He did. At least he acknowledges it unlike our last two managers.

Needs to do sommet about it now, been acknowledging it for a few games

I agree. His successfully completed the first part of his job, which was to stop conceding so many goals and too not get beaten.

Next he must make us play better and also buy some players to stop being so unbalanced.

From the looks of him he hasn't put on a pair of trainers in years.

Well done. You translated into English there :)

Well, that's December we're unbeaten in. Allardyce must be up for manager of the month, mustn't he?

Pep should win that though as he's won every game.

But not a bad start to a club that was in turmoil 4 weeks ago.

Disappointing to see Allardyce trying to shoehorn three CBs in as well.

Understandable to an extent against Chelsea but we showed at Newcastle that it’s not necessary.

Three cbs was a mistake, totally agree on that. Perhaps it was because he doesn't have faith that Schneiderlin is up to the defensive task on his own?

I'm happy to remain unbeaten in a month. I'm happy we've only conceded 2 goals in the same space of time, and only one of those goals actually mattered and hurt us. We're stable, we're hard to beat again. Now it's up to Sam to find the balance and get us to win more regularly and against shit teams too.
