Hi guys,

I'm a Besiktas fan from Istanbul!

Turkish sport news site sporx.com reports that both sides have agreed on the terms of Tosun's contract and there will be a signing ceremony at 20:00 pm today (that is 17:00 pm CET).
Further they report that Cenk Tosun has been training with a private conditioner at the Everton facilities for three days.
Anyone seen him around? :)
They tell he will get EUR115k (~GBP 100k) per week.

Not quite sure if that info is reliable, though.

But no matter what, it seems that this is a done deal.
As I see in this forum, the expectation level has skyrocketed, but I think it will still take some time for him to adapt. But afterwards, I am sure he will succeed. I have trust in him, and he has proven that before. He played as a bench player behind Demba Ba, Mario Gomez and Aboubakar. Only this year he was a sole starter sending Alvaro Negredo to the bench.

Cheers from Istanbul

Cheers for the info, mate.

Us Evertonian's have fabulously high expectations for a team thats won shag all for 30 years. As long as the lad can nab about 30 before the summer, i'd say he's done enough to warrant the price tag.

Just looked it up, Seamus signed a new 5 year deal in May.

Koeman and Walsh went over to Ireland after he broke his leg. Offered it just after the injury. Nice gesture.

He should of went to West Derby and offered one to Ross.

Guy Richie apparently directed that.
