...with James McCarthy that every Everton manager seems to see in him?

Is he what we've been missing in recent matches? No.

Is he anything more than an average midfielder? No.

Can he be depended on? No.

Is he committed to Everton? No.

We have a better version of him at the club in Gana so why the fuck is he still here?

Can't believe he started. Players coming back from injuries, especially like the two years plus he was out for, need to be introduced on as subs, not started.

Hope we sell him to be honest. Absolute dog shit signing. We got one good season out of him and he's been shit since.

Great through ball for the goal though  :bonk:

Him, Mirallas, Schneid, Besic, Klassen... half our midfielders are terrible!

A Walmart special. Looks like the real thing but it is so cheap so you happy you purchased it. But then it doesn't work 100% and breaks after the 2nd use. That's Mccarthy

We started with 9 men today. Morgan and McCarthy were a complete waste of space. What is big Sam thinking? Other players must be bloody cheesed off to not even get on the bench and see these 2 fucking it up at every opportunity.

Mirallas and Schneiderlin are not terrible. They have been poor, however. Re: Klassen, I don't think we know how good he is yet.

Heís a body and weíre short of bodies. Sam will want to see how well these players perform for him before deciding if he wants to keep or to sell them. Ideally heíd need a pre-season to assess his squad.

I think Sam took a gamble today that he could get something at Bournemouth with a 'weaker' side and have the stronger side for Monday.
To be fair with injuries (+ McCarthy and Bolasie out for so long) Gueye and Rooney not fully fit (?) DCL looking like he needs a rest plus any other things we don't know he really is playing with a squad just holding together with sticking plaster. Been lucky a couple of times in the unbeaten run and got away with it, today the luck deserted us and we probably got what we deserved.

Be glad when the transfer window is done as we can then assess on who we have signed and let go plus some players should be back AND match fit.
