That was hilarious defending.

Itís painful watching us try to build attacks.

We can buy all of the goal scorers we want and it wonít fix the problems.

I'm always amazed at how open we are in these 2 DM formations. It only takes one pass or dribble to create something.

Is Davies fit? Because Gana-Davies-Rooney is the only midfield we have that is remotely functional.

There are good Championship teams that would be embarrassed to have such little quality on the ball in midfield.

Maybe it's a bit extreme but I hate everyone involved with building this squad.

That's an ambitious sub.

It's dark, but there's definitely something funny about the fact that we've spent so much on midfielders and Wayne Rooney is the only player we have who can do anything substantive with the ball in that area.

Pochettino is bringing on Moussa Sissoko to taunt us.

Imagine if we signed him. Our midfield would be just as terrible and we'd be another £30m lighter.

How valuable is spending money when you almost exclusively spend it terribly?

I would sort of like to see what another £200m could net us in slow centre backs, midfielders who can't pass, and attackers with good but hard-to-repeat goalscoring records from the previous season.
