We played quite well against Liverpool with Bolasie and Lookman either side of Sigurdsson.
Tosun up front. CBA with the rest it picks itself.

We can't play Garbutt until we submit our roster at the end of Jan.

What I would like to see

                   Pickford
 Kenny   Holgate    Keane    Martina
            Gueye  Schneiderlin
Bolaise/Vlasic   Sigurdsson    Lookman
                      Tosun

Bench: Jags, Klassen, Robles, Lennon, Sandro, DCL, Rooney

Rooney is class but he has handicapped us by always putting him in the squad as he isn't a starter and doesn't offer enough off the bench as he should. At this rate I'd rather try Klassen and Sandro then some of our other players as subs as we know enough about Davies, Bolasie, etc. We aren't going to get relegated but based off our current strategy over the last 6 games it is clear we need a change

I've already asked brownie but I'm struggling to see how Garbutt can't be registered to play but anyone transferred in, can?

I don't think Martina has been that bad recently tbh.

We've got almost zero attacking threat from our full backs with him and Kenny though which is why the idea of Garbutt is so great and lot of us are ignoring the fact it's very likely he's shite.

I think when purchased they automatically added to the squad and can't be omitted from our 25.

However when we promote from within they have to be a part of the final submission.

Any player in January can be registered at any time, providing they are registered by 12pm the day before the first match you wish to play them in.

Same rule for promotions from within or new signings.

Need 3 points regardless of how we get them, that’d do me for starters

I am hoping for  a 2-1 win. By that I mean the shots on target score. No way this is ending up as anything other that a 0-0. Please can the season end now.

By "statement of intent", I mean a shot on target, or two.

Not until we get 40 points, we might have to play until September

We are 0-4 down at half-time. Pardew does a victory dad dance on the halfway line.
