It might just be pure confirmation bias at this point (on my end) and yes, this is a meaningless half of football, but it really does feel like Davies is our most influential player right now.

Nothing good happens when he's on the bench.

Something Extra: The small army of midfielders we've spent so much money on should be ashamed at how much more effective this scrappy 19 year old is. (And that's not to undersell Davies' ability because he's quite good technically.)

NO Niasse. Shoot!

Also how is that offside...that's the same assistant ref who let their 4th one go?

Superb link-up between Niasse and DCL there.

Big Twat will take full credit of course, and say we were unlucky not to be level, with their offside goal, and Niasse hitting the woodwork.

Makes it even worse to think gravy tits left him off the bench the whole of last month

Same as last season. When Bolasie came out through injury and Davies ended up coming in, it clicked far better than anything before it that season.

No surprise a Davies ball into space is instrumental. If only wed made the change (and put Rooney on) after 20 mins

Genuine question.  In the extremely unlikely event we got a pen today, who would take it?

Cech down injured. I think I preferred he stayed on though given his recent form.

This stoppage has taken away any minimal momentum that we had
