Our away form mixed in with City and Liverpool at home makes the Brighton, Newcastle and Southampton games tense, to say the least

A win at Burnley, please!

Based on the points returns from equivalent games so far Iíd expect 9-10 points from Home games and 4-5 points from aways.

Although thereís a chance of complete tail off if there really isnít anything to play for so.

Interestingly 47 is what we got with Martinez in his two seasons where he finished 11th. Amazing that now gets you 7/8th.

Yeah Southampton finished 8th last year on 46.

To be able to feel more comfortable of moving up a level we need to get rid of the possibility that when having a bad season we drop 15-20 points from the season before.

Dignity does not consist in possessing honours, but in deserving them

I can't rmember what thread I said it in, but this team is so fragile at the back, and capable of going long stretches without even a shot on target. Plus we can't win away from home.

Don't really see us getting more then 42-44 Points.

Newcastle and Southampton will be tough games at home as well as they will be battling relegation.

I donít think we are that bad at the back, just think we have absolutely zero idea going forward that it means we have less of the ball and more time for the opposition to attack us.

Anything sub 45 will be disgraceful looking at those games.

Personally think itíll be 47/48.

Why I picked the exact "borderline" of disgrace.  Just enough for argument/Allardyce public auto-fellatio.  Because we can't have nice things.

I think we could bring Mike Walker out of retirement and heíd get us 45 points between now and the end of the season.
