Everton and England hero who all but reinvented the fullback role in this country.
There are only two things I can't stand in this world. People who are intolerant of other people's cultures... and the Dutch.

Many a time he came sliding in on someone and nearly ended up dropping over the parapet wall in front of the Bullens. A fantastic full back. Our best ever, I think? RIP Ray Wilson. :(

R.I.P. Ray, as others have mentioned he was a fabulous left back who graced both Everton and England shirts, an unsung hero of that World Cup winning team but he sure as heck made me very proud to be an Evertonian.

Ramon Wilson, England's best ever left back - world class

Alan Ball once said that the England 1966 World Cup squad had five world class players: Banks, Moore, Charlton, Greaves and Wilson
