ok, i normally couldn't be arsed getting into these types of conversations, but i'll bite.

Why, of all of the food sources in the universe, why do you reckon they chose onion bhajis speficially?
Then, if you can come up with an answer - one that does not generalise a crowd of people or their demographic (maybe it's become a renown area of south asian cuisine in the 3 months since i was last there, i dont know) - you need to ask why this specific food item and it's origin was chosen specifically for its aroma and has been put on the same level as urine.

If you have plausible answers to them to questions, then fair enough.
But there are no plausible answers, only willful ignorance.

You can’t. You can use food to stereotype certain demographics though.

I thought the whole thing was just about slamming kopites and there was a thing about this food being used in this locality. An inside joke if you like.

really ? Where ?

Didn't find it funny myself but it's one of them where you have to be a bit of a racist to detect anything racist in it. I certainly didn't. Piss, onion bhajis and hot dog water. How is that racist in any way shape or form?

i certainly never read it as racist, if i thought that for 1 second id never have posted it. i read it as a jokey, throw away comment of what some people identify as a pungent smelling food, along with hotdogs and piss to piss takingly describe kopites. if it offends then i apologise

Exactly how I took it.

Indian food is lovely, but the smell of some of it is pungent.

Reminds me. I have some left over chicken Korma in the fridge.

Some people love to be offended on behalf of others who may possibly have been offended if only they'd read it. I didn't find it funny by the way .
