players/managers  get tapped up every fucking season, don't see clubs getting done.,    apart from players from academy's , when Clubs offer parents cash and schooling etc. to move clubs......

Two words:

1. Oumar

2. Niasse

Dignity does not consist in possessing honours, but in deserving them

"We go live to the FA where a special panel of former and current figures within the game are debating on whether Everton should be deducted points in regards to their approach for Marco Silva.... the 5 man panel consisting of Danny Murphy, John Aldrige, Sam Allardyce, Steven Gerrard and Mark Lawrenson will reveal their verdict shortly....."

We've obviously done something very wrong here.

Apart from worse case scenario points deduction (which I doubt we’ll get) all this negative publicity heaps more pressure on Silva to be an instant success because the media and pundits will be jumping all over him/us and asking questions right from the start.

What is interesting is iirc the club media friendly journalists at the time were quick to distance Kenwright from the managerial hunt.

Don’t think we have.

And don’t think the media will be interested once the season starts and there are plenty of real things to talk about so can’t see any pressure being raised that wouldn’t be there anyway.

They’re just saving face because they made a fuss and have now realised that they can’t get any money from it and don’t want to look like they’ve been cheaply fobbed off as part of the Richarlison deal.

If we don’t start well and this is rumbling on in the background the media will definitely start using the “was he worth it” narrative.

Watford clearly feel they’ve got some sort of case and they’re pushing the league to judge on it, whether they have or not only time and an investigation will tell I suppose. The sooner it’s sorted the better for all parties.
There are only two things I can't stand in this world. People who are intolerant of other people's cultures... and the Dutch.

They're a bit green when it comes to how football really operates and clearly like to be in the limelight. Ignore them and once they lose their first few games of the season they'll have more pressing matters.

Yeah it would be better if it just went away.

Anyway let hope we have a good start so it’s irrelevant :)

They've had 9 managers in 5 years, that tells a story itself.

Someone needs to get one of the lids to go down there and remind them that snitches get stitches.
