So happy about this. I was so pissed off about all the shit coming for Neville and all the other pundits that know nothing about keeping. And to see Pickford not only make the save in the penalty shootout, but then also pull off the top-draw save immediately prior to the Columbia goal (which Pickford could do little about) was the highlight of the World Cup for me.

Torn here... love seeing Big Jords boss it, but as a Welshman I can't bring myself to wanting to see England progress.

So happy for him after the ridiculous stick he took in the last game.

That was a superb penalty save, and the save just before the equaliser was genuine world class.

Michael Bridges still saw an opportunity to call him out for letting the equaliser in. Utterly ridiculous shout from that quim.

Anyone got a replay of the save that led to the corner they scored from please?
Jeff: That's not the way to win.
Kathie: Is there a way to win?
Jeff: There's a way to lose more slowly.

I probably watched the first 2 thirds of the season. Missed over half of the last part. So most of it. I’m not saying he was dreadful but he certainly wasn’t overly good either.

Last time I’m pretty sure you said you only watched about half the season, think you maybe need to judge him properly after watching a few more games.

There are only two things I can't stand in this world. People who are intolerant of other people's cultures... and the Dutch.
