Joseph yobo.

Never thought he got the praise he deserved.

Id kill for a prime Joey Yobo right now.

Seminal player for us, helped usher us into the modern game.
I knew that someday I was going to die, and I knew that before I died, two things would happen to me. That number one; I would regret my entire life, and number two; that I would want to live my life over again.

Could not believe my eyes when he was giving centre halves the dummy and playing into the midfield.

I grew up on the likes of Alan Stubbs, Unsworth and Davy Weir.

Bit unfair in weir that actually. He had a bit about him.
Hey there mister can you tell me what happened to the seeds I've sown
Can you give me a reason sir as to why they've never grown

None of those three were actually the worst on the ball (in comparison to previous stereotypes) but because Yobo was really fast too it seemed like a big change.

1) Johnny Morrissey: Shankly did his nut when The Catt signed him, would not have been out of place in The Damned Leeds Utd

2) Sandy"Utility"Brown: "SixPack Sandy", "Capability Brown", could play anywhere and Shanks loved him

3) Roger Kenyon: Six foot two, eyes of blue, big RK is after you

4) Gary Jones: Idolised him

5) Mark Higgins: What might have been

6) Terry Curran: TC - TopCat, he was (we had TrickyTrev but Tel was trickier)

7) James Vaughan: Should have been a regular for England, never mind Everton

8) Duncan Ferguson: Underrated Legend and better than Drogba
