I think you'd like to spend Sunday night in bed with Joyce, given half a chance.

They’d be kopites round the bed touching themselves asking about fekir

If he hasn’t sent a text saying the birds round here are boss then I’d be very surprised.

Was probably on Brands’ radar prior to the World Cup for a bargain purchase. Three goals and a decent tournament and his price has nearly doubled.

Still, the fact we’ve stuck at it indicates we saw something in him over more than just the summer to think he’ll be a player.

Kramer'll be along shortly to tell us how shit he is. Let's have half an hour of excitement first ;)

I’ve heard that he has a disappointingly low xCfK stat

(Expected covers for Keane)

The stuff Kramer is into is typically really weak for rating CB’s. Hard to get a metric for denying an action through sheer presence.

A great deal of being a good CB is being in the right position, body shape, proximity etc. to deny a player from making, receiving or even considering an action.

Saw an analysis of Van Dijk when he was at Southampton where they showed almost like an arc of space that showed how simply playing him in that LCB spot had reduced shots and passes in front of his part of the box, and shifted it towards the right side where typically players will be on their weak side.

The stuff old Kramer is into is all hard metrics, great for build up, passing, shots, shot location and quality of finish - all hard numbers based on actions.
I knew that someday I was going to die, and I knew that before I died, two things would happen to me. That number one; I would regret my entire life, and number two; that I would want to live my life over again.

No doubt when he signs - the comments section of the BBC/Sky article will be full of Kopites having to give their opinion on the matter, even though no one wants to know it.

Anyone reckon Brands got on the phone to them as soon as the match finished yesterday, Jags and Keane looked terrified, and with Holgate looking out for a while as well.

We've rocked Man Utd according to this piece (don't know why but when I typed this, 'Rock Me Amadeus' by Falco popped into my head).
