Itís only pre season so itís not the end of the world but good teams play well and win football games. We are evidently a long way from a good team at the moment. Still time. Still hopefully a few new faces to come in. As things stand though we are struggling

two "harder friendlies" coming up....for me that will be the benchmark of where our preseason is at...and where Silvas first team squad is at..(injuries apart)Ö.

he needs to be playing his first choice 11 in both of them otherwise the team cohesion and understanding wont be taken into the start of the prem league on 11th August...

The weaknesses in the squad as a whole have been fully exposed, so I would expect signings/ more outgoings asap. Silva will now be selecting his first-team squad. He now needs to get a likely starting 11 playing like a team - pronto.

Richarlison looks to be a great addition to the attack, showing some great touches, skill and speed last night. - He needs to find the net, but he will come good, I'm sure.

Rennes next. This game will give us a clearer idea about Silva's first-team selections. - No panic, yet.
