What odd phrasing
I knew that someday I was going to die, and I knew that before I died, two things would happen to me. That number one; I would regret my entire life, and number two; that I would want to live my life over again.

What a strange statement that is.

Something a Twitter ITK would post.
Hey there mister can you tell me what happened to the seeds I've sown
Can you give me a reason sir as to why they've never grown

I still don't understand why we have agreed to pay Watford anything.

We made a perfectly legitimate approach to Watford via the correct channels, they refused to engage so that was that. They subsequently sacked Silva making him a free agent.

Don't see what we have done wrong to necessitate a payment to them for alleged 'tapping up' when we approached Watford correctly
You are my Everton, my only Everton, you make me happy when skies are grey

Something clever written by someone else.

It will be in about 8-9 months before we get rid. We’ll all forget about this hush money by then.

£4m is small fry compared to the £10m that we had to pay Bobby and the £6m to Koeman.

Suppose that's a kind of positive?

Well I guess the fact we've agreed to pay £4m compensation suggests it wasn't perfectly legitimate.

Well I guess the fact we've agreed to pay £4m compensation suggests it wasn't perfectly legitimate.

It's all been a bit of a storm in a tea cup. Despite predictions of doom and gloom, points deduction, relegation and liquidation (ok, I'm exaggerating now ;) ) the fact the Premier League were willing to let the two clubs try and sort it out themselves suggests it was a fairly minor issue and more hassle than it was worth for them to get involved.

£4m compo, not even a slap on the wrist and now we can draw a line under it and move on.
