Just reading the article in the Echo with Leighton Baines ,I must say he would be more of a future manager than Dunc for me .He is articulate , forward thinking , realistic and down to earth .
All great attributes .The only way to get the experience is to experience it !!

Think there was a tendency to go for shouty vivacious managers. These days there are lots of very good chilled managers. The shouty ones or the charismatic ones do well to start with but long term you need a thinker. Baines for president
