This is why I donít go the pub with my armchair kopite mates.

Iíd lose friendships if I were with them right now.

Some home truths would be coming out.
Hey there mister can you tell me what happened to the seeds I've sown
Can you give me a reason sir as to why they've never grown

On the plus side I managed to avoid watching that with one of my senior colleagues who is a mad Liverpool fan and would have been watching that surrounded by other Liverpool fans. Still have to see him in the office tomorrow though.

That is beyond sickening. Actually sickening to the stomach.

But we are a lot better, and we're going to be a very good side in time. We're just going to have to swallow this and deal with it.

Apologies if already mentioned but Pepe Reina did a similar thing at the Park End a few years ago when we won 3-0.  AJ put it in.
We are special ,we are Everton.

He fucked up, we all know it, and he knows it.

Show me a keeper that doesnít have a horrendous error in them like that.

If we had Tim Howard in goal today we wouldíve been out of sight by 70mins.

If we'd had Stekelenburg  (and I've already seen calls for him to start in midweek to punish JP) we'd have been 2 down at HT and taking a hammering yet again

Fuck me how old is Tim Howard now. Weíd be fucked with Gordon Banks too

Anyway Iím over it now. I shall just pretend I didnít watch it when they ask me at work and hence donít care. Absolutely have to win midweek now though

Some fella grabbed me so I fronted him.

A bit mad but the whole celebration is a blur which is a bonus.
I knew that someday I was going to die, and I knew that before I died, two things would happen to me. That number one; I would regret my entire life, and number two; that I would want to live my life over again.

I fumed for a few minutes and then had a shower and got my head round  it

The match was fairly even, kind of think that we had just shaded it and our game plan was good.

We played better football than I've ever seen us play at Anfield. We didn't look like we played with fear

We didn't go to just try and cling on

We didn't get annihilated

We took the game to them and had the best player on the pitch in Andre Gomes. We turned up and we played

We got undone by a stupid individual error

That player is the best goalkeeper in the country. He's been a superb signing and he has massive confidence. This won't affect him at all.

Personally I've forgiven him already

We are approaching the big away games now with a much better mentality. This was just a freak mistake

This team is good. This squad is good. This manager is the right man for the job

Lets dust ourselves down and move on
You think Lou Bega knocked it out of the park with Mambo number 1?!No but he kept at it!

The ultimate irony is that a lesser goalkeeper wouldn't have had the athleticism to bring the ball back from there. :)
