Lucky to be level at half time, lucky to have Gana, sometimes think he's the only one who can tackle in our team, been our best player.

Could be worse, Southampton working very hard, hopefully they tire more in the second half, that's the only way I can see us get more control and actually try to get the ball moving forward.

Do you think Silva has an idea about what to do with this midfield or are we going to see exactly the same until next season, so he can buy some replacements in the summer.

Not all bad but no control in the middle of the park. Gomes is doing more of Idrissa’s work and no ones showing for him. I like Sig but he needs to be dropped in favour of Davies (or any other midfielder). Or even Bernard. Either way we’re a man down in the centre always and Richarlison is wasted up front the whole time.

What's the point of Pickford kicking it long into decent areas if there's no:one there who can win a header?
I didn't even remember I had a signature.

First half thoughts:

We play the ball square/back more than we did under Sam... then we launch it up front with out a 'big man' upfront.. if we're going to play hoof ball, least have DCL in the team.

Richarlison is wasted up top, when all he has is long balls to feed off.

Gomes looks like he forgot how to pass, but he did a good pass to the post, that rebounded to Coleman, who some how didn't blast the ball at Pickford; each reply I've seen it amazes me that Coleman didn't hit it at Pickford to score an own goal.

We have no midfield, I'd drop Siggy back, take off Gomes and bring on DCL.
The amount of times we have got wide and not crossed it, or have crossed it with no one in the box.. lol What do they do in training all week? does Richarlison win headers / score headed goals in training? Does he win headers in  training when the ball is lumped up to him?

Lookman and Bernard seem to be working well together, shame they have no striker to pass to in the box.

I know Saints have 'improved' but we are making it so easy for them, like we have since for every team we have played from the beginning of December.

oh and Pickfords best game in a while.

just the what 3/4 times turns into trouble when the 6/7 yard pass is on , not going out to cover the left/right back spots when we get overturned up the pitch but fuck all that he can tackle (even our players )

come on ffs watch all the play

Our manager Silva has zero ideas on tactics, you can see the worry on his face thinking what do I do next.
Its like this group of players have just met, we lose the ball after three passes on average most of the time.
Oh well, at least the earlier game Wolves v Leicester was a cracker of a game!

There was some good mixed in. Just bizarre sloppy mistakes causing havoc.

what was good? besides Bernards / Lookman /Siggy interplay that led to Lookmans blocked shot.

have we even created anything else?

Bizarre saying there was some good in that first half.

It's tough getting a decent stream today. Doesn't look like I'm missing much. :)

Just get DCL in, wether it be for Gomes, Bernard or Gylfi.

Richarlison up top will be the end of him , not going to go into all that is wrong with him up there as I would be here all day

Worrying that we seemingly to have no intention of looking for a striker, any striker, even on-loan, in January.

Surely we cant go on like this til the end of the season...

I thought we mostly controlled both the good and bad aspects of the game. I thought we did create a couple of good chances (Sigurdsson top of box, Lookman) and on a side note Bernard and Lookman looked decent. We also undid ourselves more than they broke us down. So basically I guess the positive of sorts is that the we're having the most influence in the game at both ends, which means there is scope for improvement :)

Was just trying to a little positive :)
