David Moyes has admitted to being disappointed with Everton's performance at Anfield yesterday where his side lost their first game in ten Premier League matches.
"We didn't play badly and didn't deserve to lose the game, so that is disappointing," said the boss.
"There were no real problems with the performance. I have told the players we will keep doing it - we just didn't have quite enough at the top end of the pitch.
"It can be more difficult against ten men and I knew if Liverpool got a goal it would be difficult. They were always going to sit back, so it was key for us not to lose a goal.
"We gave away three corners early in the second half and if you do that you can always give away a goal." Discuss this on our forums
