Re: We are 20

Cant remember how long i've been on here TBH...i was an original Blueroomer (koolhandluke) then when that closed down i had nothing...then i overheard someone talking about NSNO in the park end and i signed in after that (former KHL) when it closed down last year ? i couldn't get re registered as fo...

Re: 777 Partners Takeover

He’s correct in what he says..it’s not up to the PL to say no it’s upto 777 moshiri etc to prove they can pass the “test” The PL don’t “fail them” they just ensure they meet the required standard..if they 777 don’t they keep going back with the correct evidence. So basically it’s up to moshiri to pu...

Re: Today's Football 2023-24

How rigid and structure they are on and off the ball. How they defend. The combinations between full backs and midfielders. The use of two defensive midfielders. How Rice makes late runs from deep and has turned into a player who can score a decent amount of goals. The fact Steve round is there. Th...

Re: Today's Football 2023-24

Can’t say I’m bothered either way but I have absolutely no time for Man City and don’t recognise any of their achievements. Having watched a lot of arsenal I think there’s more a moyes influence on Arteta than a pep one so that makes me root for them a bit more. Plus I know an arsenal fan so would ...

Re: Arnaut Danjuma

I think some of the comments in this thread sum him up...ie: no one knows where to play him...no one knows what's his best position to make an impact....no one knows what's his best position in terms of output from him ?

Re: 777 Partners Takeover

I think it's fair to acknowledge that it's a possibility, and it might've already happened if MSP has called in their loans, but it's also fair to say that administration is in nobody's interest, apart from a potential new owner who might acquire the club much cheaper (and even then that's arguable...

Re: Ashley "not so" Young

Hope next season we see him on some of the punditry panels at our games in place of the red brigade we normally have. At least we’ll have someone not biaised against us….

Re: Ben Godfrey

He may have been “lined up” on paper as CB I watched him play at least 4 times in front of the back four and recommended further observations/assessments on him.
Anyway he is what he is….

Re: Ben Godfrey

He wasn't playing as a 6 for Norwich, he played as a CB... He did play DM at a lower level before his Norwich games but not once there. He's also absolutely horrendous going forward meaning our RM gets doubled up on by defenders resulting in lost possession and no threat down that side. He's done s...

Re: Ben Godfrey

A lot of people are forgetting when we bought Godfrey he was “noticed” by a lot of clubs because he was playing in deep 6 position for Norwich. Protected across the back four and brought the ball out with pace transitioned the play very quickly from defence to attack….then Everton bought him and he ...

Re: University research on the role of football in response to military conflict

Not having read the quetionnaire as it was taken off by the time i read it...I think i read this title wrong TBH i read it as football being a part/reason for military action.... until i read your post mate..lightbulb moment... then realised it was abo...

Re: Visiting Goodison

Being an evening game the chances are they may arrive by coach straight from Finch farm ? Be nice if they did to generate the atmosphere that we all saw last couple years for this type of game and get the fans up for it.

wont help you though mate if they do...

sport should have nothing to do with any military action whatsoever and shouldn't be associated in any context
