Yeah you can't be doing that. Haven't seen the full game yet, was it a yellow?

Re: Kobbie Mainoo - Jan Loan

Rohl was supposed to be this guy. I think it's just turned out that way. I don't think it was even planned that he get the game time he has so far, but has progressed quicker than expected, Moyes seems to like him. He was only ever a versatile bit-part player at Freiburg, not an accomplished player...

We need to *buy* one of those if we've got the headroom. 5 year contract. Moves us forward significantly.

Re: Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall

I'd be curious what the defensive stats look like as Im certain Doucoure covered some serious gaps in midfield. KDH has impressed me a lot recently, I was not too high on the signing and feel he can get bullied a bit as he's small and a bit slow but he is a very good footballer and definitely a big...

Re: Kobbie Mainoo - Jan Loan

Watched some analysis a few months back when we were linked more heavily, receiving the ball off the centre backs, turning and driving forward and linking the play. He can do it. He was frustrated at lack of game time under Amorim and I think he's only played limited minutes since. Amorim wants to k...

Between 5th and 15th the table means absolutely nothing to me.

Just happy that 1/3rd into the season we're already half way to 40.

Not an awful shout at all.

Except maybe for the two dejected strikers on the bench with low morale.

Re: Thierno Barry

He needs to play a bit closer to our midfield, if only we had runners off him.

Re: The Rebuild

I just hope that we can increase the floor of the squad in the next season or two before we lose the likes of Gana, Pickford, Grealish, N'Diaye (shhh). I don't want our spends to be replacing them rather than filling the current gaps. A solid transistion and some continuity, but first an assemblance...

Re: Thierno Barry

I'm just not seeing it. He can hold the ball up and his control is okay but I don't see much else going on there. His goals at Villarreal (where Ayoze Perez scored 19 league goals in the same season) weren't the most encouraging types of finishes and I just don't think he has the physical advantage...

Especially given the xG against vs goals conceded is top 5.

I don't think I would be too far wrong to say I'm one of the biggest proponents of the Buy Young Buy Cheap Build a Side type posters on here...but I personally say...it's nice watching an actual footballer for a bit, and it doesn't seem like Everton are getting their shit together transfer wise any...
