I want Barry gone in the summer. I don't care if he has supposed potential. I think he is shit, will never be good enough and doesn't get us at all. Going to be a knee jerk response, but either he doesn’t want to be here or doesn’t want it enough right now. Beto with whatever limitations you ascribe to him shows that effort does impact a game, at the very least you have to match that level of effort particularly in a derby game.

Feels like he plays for himself and not the team, just wanted today to do something he could celebrate rather than grafting and helping the team where it mattered.

The bigger issue with him is that he started so unbelievably poorly after signing, sort of had a patch where you could see his potential, but as the season has progressed he's got progressively worse, to the point he's a total non entity on the pitch.

A 23 year old new to a league is someone I'm willing to give time to, however I want to see some signs of development over the season. Right now I have zero confidence this guy will ever be a premier league striker.
