Atwell the week after Kavanagh just reaffirms the belief that the season is done and we might as well all have a break before the Wrld Cup now. We're getting nothing from him.

One trademark of Moyes first spell was bouncing back from a hurtful/bad result and putting a good performance in the next game.

Fancy us because we are good away from home and well, we kinda need to win really don't we?

A lot more pressure on them.

Probably need to win to stay in the conversation with City coming up after.
If we don't win you can see this season just petering out.

I think Beto's fitness will be key to the result. I fancy us if he's ok

Better see a reaction after last week.

The players have been excellent since Moyes come in, given that we're still very limited as a squad, but that wasn't good enough last week. Better see a reaction.

This might be a case where we put in a deflated performance, particularly if Beto isn’t playing. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I think Beto is critical to a good result

They will be massively up for it, it will be hard for us to match that intensity, particularly with Barry starting.

Hope it’s just my own melancholic post derby blues clouding my judgement, but I reckon we will lose this IF Beto is missing.

I don’t think it was clear. His hand movements after he sat down sort of suggested he may have had some vision issues from the bonk on the head. But that’s just me 100% guessing so don’t take that as gospel.

I'm not sure it was a lack of effort why we lost. For large parts of the game, we were the better team. If Beto had stayed on, I think we'd have won. Barry just blunted our threat. I think they targeted Pickford because he's poor coming for crosses, especially in a crowded box. If Branthwaite was still on, I don't think VVD gets that header. Sounds like lots of excuses, but they were factors in our performance imo.

just think this is a stitched on draw for me - both teams wanting the 3 points for different reasons
it will be intense - like all the rest of the matches left this season
cant see an outright win for the hammers or us winning either
post match derby defeat temporary depression might still be giving off negative vibes here

If we win, then there is still a chance of Europe.
If we lose, then it makes it very tough on Spurs.
If we draw, it is meaningless for us, and Spurs survival chances get a big boost.

I'm opening the doors to abuse, but I'd prefer us to lose than to draw this one!
