We’re not signing three players from West Ham are we though.
I get the general point, and I’d say no, but I also have no time for the opposite which is not finishing in Europe because we’re bedding in young players.
Just be good. Get there with good players. It’s not difficult.
It’s as easy as ever to get into Europe and to win European competitions than it’s ever been.

Say the target is Europe next season, and he manages it with Tark Keane myko Gana Bowen soucek wan bissaka.
Is that a good season for Everton?
I mean. Yes?
I definitely feel a disconnect with a lot in here. I am absolutely a Utilitarian amongst Kantians i think.
Could not give a solitary fuck about the how. Its the winning.
"boring, boring Arsenal"/"1 nil, to the Arsenal" from 30 years ago (and today, come to think of it).
Mourinho's Chelsea that managed to do little but defend and still won everything.
Now, don't get me wrong, you want to talk about sustainment and law-of-averages then i'm all ears.
But qualifying for Europe with unfashionable players? Don't threaten me with a good time.

Yeah replace those players with whoever as long as they are extensions of the theme that I am assuming as fact - Moyes will favour proven and lean older.
Of the players he’s given >2k minutes to, average age is >29.
Of players he’s given >1k minutes to, average age is 28.
Of new signings he’s played >1k, 27.
That’s fine. Not saying I wouldn’t celebrate if we did but I think ultimately, fine. It’s short term > long term in my opinion and it leads to only one thing but what can I say.
*you can do well AND build for the future, that is possible. But it definitely isn’t if you never try.
Carlo might be available after the World Cup, we could ask the question if Moyes is struggling come jan.
